Chef Zach Wilson
Besides being a Bridge Restoration Ministry graduate Zach Wilson has had an illustrious 25 year culinary career and has been a successful chef in restaurants from Monterey to New York. Some highlights include graduating from the California Culinary Academy in 2004, being a chef instructor at Rancho Cielo in Salinas, a culinary school for at risk youth, chef at the Bytes Café in Stanford, and executive chef at the Crooked Lake House, a New York country inn. Chef Zach not only oversees all catering events but also the structured culinary curriculum that evaluates each Bridge Culinary Program participant’s abilities.
For your events, he creates excellent cuisine while at the same time developing marketable professional skills in his students.
