Welcome to Bridge Culinary! Our motto is, “changing lives one plate at a time.” We mean this to say that, our skilled and professional staff is one of the best in the peninsula, but also that our menus, meals and catering are a tool to give men with life altering addictions the tools for a successful career.

We pride ourselves on our excellent service and meal preparation that we provide through our culinary program and catering events. To date we have successfully fed hundreds of men and women in several different organizations throughout the Monterey Bay.

Our program is linked with the Bridge Restoration Ministry of Pacific Grove, California as well as Calvary Chapel of Monterey. Our goal is three-fold. To teach our students the general skills and specific knowledge, abilities and techniques to be able to acquire a profession within the culinary arts and service industry. To provide trade skills and a solid curriculum for those transitioning from homelessness, prison, jail and addiction, to have a hope and new passion for food. To provide a positive, safe, and sober faith based environment for skills to be honed and refined.

Our Chef, Zach Wilson has decades of experience in the culinary arts and as a Christian and former member of the Bridge Restoration Program, he felt a call to give back in the best way that he new how. Teaching others skills that could bring them out of their old ways and into a successful and ever expanding field.
